About the fair

The Canada-Wide Science Fair is more than just a competition – it's a celebration of curiosity, innovation, and the next generation of Canadian scientists.

  • Our participants

The CWSF showcases the talents of students from grades 7 through 12, winners of their respective regional STEM fairs. These young scientists represent the future of innovation in Canada, displaying projects that span health, environmental sciences, engineering, computer science, and more.

  • Awards & opportunities

Our participants compete for a range of prestigious awards and scholarships, celebrating scientific excellence, creativity, and potential societal impact. But the CWSF is more than a competition; it’s an opportunity for growth, learning, and inspiration.

  • Engage & learn

The CWSF is not just for participants; it’s a community event. We invite school groups, families, and STEM enthusiasts to engage with these young innovators, learn about their work, and get inspired. The public viewings are an integral part of our mission to foster a STEM-savvy culture.
