Who we're looking for

Join the dream team

Team UV is the dedicated group behind the scenes, working alongside Youth Science Canada staff to plan and execute every detail of CWSF. These positions involve a commitment in the months leading up to the fair and require full availability on-site from May 21 to 31, 2026.

Open Positions for CWSF 2026:

  • Participant Experience: Ambassador Coordinator, Delegate Experience Coordinator, Participant Experience Manager
  • Operations & Logistics: Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Registration/Info Booth Coordinator
  • Program Delivery: Lab Tour/Tour Day Coordinator, School Visits/STEM Expo Cordinator and Assistant (2 positions), Safety Check Coordinator
  • Support Services: Accessibility Coordinator, CWSF Store Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, Flex Support
