Project Zone

Setup your project and complete safety inspection. Delegates are asked to assist their finalists as needed.

Project judging (dress up)

During this time you will have the opportunity to present your project to visiting school groups, members of the community, sponsors and supporters. Every finalist will be provided with a daily rotation schedule on the project stand in the morning. This will tell you where you need to be from 9 AM – 2:30 PM.
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Exclusive access to STEM Expo for CWSF Finalists and Delegates.

GROUP 1:
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Stay at Project
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Visit STEM Expo
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Lunch – Cafeteria
12:15 – 1:15 PM: Stay at Project
1:15 -2:30 PM: Stay at Project

GROUP 2:
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Visit STEM Expo
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Stay at Project
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: Stay at Project
12:15 – 1:15 PM: Lunch – Cafeteria
1:15 -2:30 PM: Visit STEM Expo
