Bus Subsidy Available!

A subsidy of up to $250.00 per bus will be available to eligible schools on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deadline to request a bus subsidy is February 10, 2025. Schools selected to receive funding will be notified by February 28, 2025.

A minimum of 30 students per bus is required to qualify for the subsidy. We encourage multiple classes from the same school to share bus resources.

  • Can I register my entire school to visit?

    Yes! You can register all your students and we’d love to have you come visit.

  • Do we need to register our class or school to visit CWSF?

    We highly recommend registering your class to secure admission. Maximum occupancy restrictions apply.

  • Is the Canada-Wide Science Fair bilingual?

    Yes, the event is bilingual and all content and activities are provided in bilingual format (English and French).

  • What is the Project Zone?

    Over 500,000 K-12 students across Canada participate in STEM projects. About 20,000 students present their projects at regional fairs, and the most outstanding projects are chosen for the CWSF. These projects are featured in Project Zone and compete for prizes and nearly 1 million in cash.

  • What is the STEM Expo?

    STEM-focused companies and educational institutions will showcase interactive activities and some provide giveaways.
